Hi I’m trying to speak to someone on the online chat about account but it’s not coming up….im on 125gb for £30 and noticed on website can now get 150gb for £20 it’s wanting me to buy new sim which I don’t need,  I can’t do call as deaf so need the online chat more but can’t find a way ..if anyone can help

If you text ALL PACKS to 150, does the £20 Pack show for you with the 150GB of data?

If it doesn't, it will be a promotional offer and you'd need to order a new SIM HERE.

The offer in the online shop is for a new PAYG SIM with a promotional enhanced pack. You need to buy that SIM to get it. That promotional pack is offered to existing SIMs with their existing packs.
