Hi, how does the top process work? Will you debit my EE account (which has £20)? Or will you debit my bank account?

Hi @JGash

Welcome to the Community

When top up, the payment comes from your card (bank account) to add credit to your EE Pay as you go account.
You can then use this to purchase a plan or bundle to use over the next 30 days.

If you already have £20 credit on your EE account, you can use this to purchase a plan without having to top up first.

You can find out more about topping up at Top up your pay as you go mobile

And information about our Pay as you go Packs can be found at Pay as you go Packs

Hope this helps!

There are 2 stages to "topping-up":

  1. You top-up your a/c's credit with money from your bank card or a voucher you may have bought.
  2. You use this credit to buy (or "top-up") your allowances for calls, texts & data or you spend it directly on making calls or texts until it is used up.
