Old £5 pack

I am currently paying for an old £5 pack which gave 250MB, 250 mins, 500 texts and 11.5GB in boosts.

If I let my credit go below £5 and have the plan pause temporarily, will I go back to this pack if I top up at least £5 again?

Probably not! EE has withdrawn this legacy pack. If you don't let it auto renew you can't buy it again. Even if you did EE could suddenly no longer supply it.

Hi there @itiswhatitis

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you would like to pause the pack and see what options would be available when you wanted a pack again, you can text ALL PACKS to 150. If you would like to make sure the boosts are not lost and see if the pack you have at the moment would be available again, please call us on 150 and the team will happy to check this for you before pausing the pack.

Leanne.
