Recently, my EE number was deactivated. I can't even call 150 to help me because it says I don't have credit.
I'm looking for anyone to help me on whats going on, and yes, I have not really topped up for about 6 months. This has happened before when I couldn't receive messages but once I had called 150, it was solved. Now, I can't call 150 at all and when I'm using my number on an app and they ask for verification, I can't even verify because I don't receive any texts. The last message i received was on the 1st of Feb. I urgently need my number reactivated, so how do I do it?

PAYG numbers are deactivated after 6months of non-use.
