I bought unlimited 40 pound package for pay as you go sim in airport. At the beginning od the month I want to reduce it to the 15 pound package and did with the sms. However, eben though I toped up £15 my new package did not start. When I look at the balance it says I have £15 top up and my bill is £15. It follows if I top £15 than my package will start automatically. Can you help me?

I have written and it says if you like to continue type YES and than it is again says once you top up, it will start automatically. Nevertheless, I already have enough credits for the package. What should I do?

What happens if you text NOW to 150, @PapatyaYesilbas?

Chris

It says I need to add some credit to pay for the pack. When I look at balance it says your current pack is 15 and you have 15 credit; however, yesterday a message came and it says to continue my pack of 40 I need to do more top up.

Text STOP PACK to 150 to stop it thinking you want to renew the £40 pack. Then try text PACK15 to 150 again.
