Hi there,
I have a pay-as-you-go plan where I pay £10 a month for unlimited texts and 500 mins of talk time. The past few months I keep being told my minutes have run out when I have spent nowhere near that amount of time on the phone and then have to top up. Does anyone know why this happens and how to resolve it?
