Hello there !
I’ve been away for long time and just came back. But my EE sim doesn’t seem to work at all, cannot get any call or messages … what can I do?

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

If your pay as you go SIM has not been used in 10 months then it sounds like your SIM has gone into hibernation/has already been disconnected.
I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team.

Hello, thanks for the reply !
I just called EE and they told me to order the sim online and keep my number. I’m now looking to order it now but I can’t find a ‘Pay as you Go sim’ there’s just monthly / yearly plans ….
what do you recommend?

Thank you very much for the reply, I’ll have a look now on my pc… Another question. As I want to keep my number, once I order the new sim they’ll ask for my PAC code but I can’t get it by message as I don't have any signal to get any messages or calls 😔
How can I order the new sim without loosing my current number without my Pac code?

You can't! You've lost your no. as it's been unused for more than 9 months.
