I have a 30 day plan for calls and data my data isn’t working without WiFi

  • Have you tried restarting your device. 
  • What tariff are you on. 
  • What device do you have and did you get it from EE.
  • Are you in the UK.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Are you able to test your SIM card in an alternative phone, this will help rule out any issues with your device.
