Hi I’m looking to change my subscription as it ends today so I topped up £30 credit for the £30 pack but it’s only showing £15 credit and won’t let me choose the £30 pack on the app

@Jmct26    Did you text STOP PACK to 150 before you topped up ?  If not just check that you haven’t already got a pack because you did top up for it purchase a pack.
