So I order a ee sim pay as you go. put my pac code in to keep my old number. A few days it’s come. I’ve put it in my phone and it’s a different phone number. I can’t call or text. Looked on my account and it’s says £0.00 text 150 and my balance is £0.00 what the hell is going on. It said the sim would be ready to use right away! This is a joke already!

Having the same issue. Maybe because it’s a Sunday the services don’t run over the weekends and bank holiday like their system

@Dannyboi22 , why would the service not run over the weekend or bank holiday?

Unless you ported your number over the weekend or bank holiday, then yes, you would have to wait until after for it all to work, as porting numbers do not happen over the weekend or bank holidays.

We cannot do checks here in the forums, no way of knowing who you are and have no access to accounts.

Have you checked here :

@Dannyboi22 , have you actually given EE your PAC code? When did you do this?

The number in your phone will be a temporary one, have you received a text from EE to say transfer all complete?

Try rebooting your phone. Also, please check that the SIM card from your previous network is now offline if you can, as this will let you know that it has completed, the transfer.

Your no. will be ported within 1 working day from when you use your SIM on the EE UK network.

How much did you pay for the PAYG SIM you ordered or was it free?
