I have purchased a pay as you go sim from EE. The sim is activated but the £10 credit that came with the sim has still not been added. It’s been nearly 48 hours since activation, is there something more I need to do. I’ve got the EE ap and have also been checking via 150 but nii on credit. I would be grateful for some help regarding this. Thank you

Thank you for your reply. It came with the credit. I phoned them up to find the sim had been suspended for some reason. The lady tat I spoke to sorted it out for me and added the credit.

Where did you get the SIM?
WAs it supposed to have the £10 on automatically or did you get a voucher?

Could your credit have bought your Pack?
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
