£10 payg sim only shpwing 5gb data, should be 20gb on current sale

Hi. I popped into the Eltham EE branch today and was sold a payg sim with the £10 plan, which I was told normalmy comes with 5gb data but currently comes with 20gb due to a sale which ends in "about 3 months". My EE app and online profile are both shpwing that I have only 5gb data allowance. What should I do to resolve this?

Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 15GB or it just might kick in when you exhaust the normal 5GB.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
