I just got a new sim stating its £15 for 50gb and unlimited texts, calls. But on ee app it says the subscription pack has only 25gb. So which is which?

Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 25GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until have exhausted the normal ration.

Looks like we've been misled along with potentially thousands of other new customers. I only sqw this information once i was sent a code to my Mobile Phone. I'll probably cancel my Subscription because of this.

I'm still waiting for my call back. I ordered the 50gb for £15 subscription pack. Today i receive a message saying i only have 25gb which is totally wrong for a start as it should definitely be 50gb for the first three months/ payments  according to the ' Legal Bits' I've sent a text to 150 stating i have no Data despite the message i received today saying i have 25gb i actually have no Data despite only sending one text message. I've also checked my phone Data and know that i have used less than 126mb from Jan 25th- 26th January 2024. Not impressed i also notice Ofcom has fined EE £1 million for misleading customers in the past. According to my app and 'MyEE' I have no purchase history. Yet £15 has been deducted from my bank account and like i said the message sent to me today says i should have 25gb of Data??? I cannot make phone calls or send messages right now and customer service is proving pretty fruitless i might add.

I just got through to a customer service advisor i was calm and polite he said he would sort the issue out and he  hung up on me after about 3 minutes. I just politely told him that i'd paid for a 50gb pack for £15 he said he would sort it out for me and like i said he just hung up. I thought he sounded fed up! I half expected it. Im now trying again.

It say's your current balance is £0.00 for more information on your packs add-ons or free boasts go to EE etc. I have spoken to another customer service lady who told me that it's all been abit of a mess with customers getting messages similar to mine. I received a message today Friday 26 January after subscribing on thursday 25 january 2024 saying Welcome to EE thanks for buying a £15 pack it will come out of your credit as soon as you use your phone. And the thing is i have used my phone and the lady on the phone tells me the money hasn't been taken from my account and im okay because it's pending in my bank account yet im not entirely sure that that money won't be taken from my account, No offence to her buy i only have her word for that. She put me though to a number that took me back to the start after telling me something about how she was diverting my call to accounts i was then given options of 12345 etc and then the phone automatically hung up. I said to her if i put more money on my account will it then work now, and she said yes and don't worry we won't take the previous amount from your account, but she sounded uncertain of that once i told her about the ' Welcome to EE' message. Im worried about spending another £15 for a service i may not receive and then have £30 taken from my account too be honest

No thank you this company is a mess. I'll take my money elsewhere. I was promised by customer services yesterday that no money would be taken from my account because it's just pending and that she would deal with it. I knew that was bollocks right from the start and that she just wanted me off the phone line. Also some Scottish guy hung up on me and had obvious anger issues after i was calm and polite too him. He told me he would help me and look into it and then obviously thought sod it and hung up because he was having a bad day. I then got a message saying " Operator said he had sound issues" what a load of crap I've already spend more than 2 hours going round in circles. And You have STOLEN my money STOLEN that is called THEFT by law i wonder how many other customers you STEAL money from
