Hi Chris, thanks for your reply. When testing AL to 150 it advised no credit. I had EE in the corner. I called 150 and they recognised I had paid (5 days ago) and did something to correct my package. No bother in the end. Only concern was that I couldn't make calls for a couple of days while I was waiting for the credit to appear on my account.

If you text AL to 150, does it say if you have a pack/credit? Do you have an EE signal in the corner of your phone screen?
