I've only just switched over to EE, I went with the £15 pack of 25GB data and unlimited calls and texts. When I checked my pack it said "waiting" and I realised I needed to text NOW to 150 to activate. I have done that, and they responded telling me I don't currently have a pack. But I can clearly see the pack on my account.
How do I resolve this as I need to be able to make phone calls to healthcare professionals ASAP

Ah, you got a free PAYG SIM that was primed with a £15 pack ready to be bought once you top-up at least £15. That's why it's Waiting. You need to top-up.

I purchased it from EE's website, this is the order confirmation email. It didn't cost anything and for some reason says 50GB?
And this is my account with the 25GB pack that says 'waiting'
I'm pretty confused to be honest
