@KamelEddine : Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
For how long did you not use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

I have paid my bills and uptill now my phone is been blocked .can't able to receive text while in abroad. This is frustrating me badly. I meant to have text alart in most of my life dealings
I need urgent help.

l have the same the number was blocked even from making a call to +44 800 079 8586. My wife bought a recharge voucher but l can't even recharge the phone. myEE is blocked. This is beyond ridiculous.
