Hello
I am actually abroad and I suddenly stopped being able to receive any texts nor calls
I can't get any help as there is no chat and I can't call...
I add some pay as you go money but want it back if it is not working
I can see my number on my account but it tells me that I don't have a SIM card linked...
I can't receive any text messages to confirm
Can you help? I believe that all is well setup. Already restarted countless times.

Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

@lamary : If you can see your no. on your a/c then it is linked. What do you mean by not having a SIM linked? What is the actual msg?

I may have been confused as you are right, I can see my number on my account and I was able to top it up
On my personal settings my contact number is missing and I can't add it as it is trying to send me a text...
And my DOB is not right for whatever reason
The main issue is that I can't call, receive call not text suddenly.

Oh this is the information that I didn't have.
I also never received any information/updates form EE about that...is that on purpose?
I was using the credit and didn't top up since a while and more than 6months I think...I would have if I had knew that
I received call and text but didn't need to do it back.
I guess that mean that I lost £5 and my number now...this is great 😤

Well it is not sorted.
EE just let down their customers. I lost money and my number, I don't call this sorted. As I am stuck and don't know what to do.
I do appreciate the light you put on the issue. I just wish that it would be communicated better from EE

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
