also, the old credit card is still valid and has been working just fine until now. All I get is an error message saying ”Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later”. Any ideas?

Thank you! Before I got your message I managed to log in after several attempts and realised all my credit card details have disappeared. Setting up a new card for monthly payments doesn’t work but managed to pay for my next month using my EE credit and top up

When you buy a new pack it'll give you the option to pay by PAYG credit or to set up a Direct Card Payment.
