Talk & text weekly plan didn’t renew

Hi,

My 93 year old dad has been on a £1 weekly talk and text plan for years. Despite having credit it hasn’t renewed it today. Does anyone know how I can get it to renew? I tried all packs but his current plan isn’t there and I can no longer see all the boosts he has built up.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

It may be that EE has discontinued this legacy pack  He'll have to buy 1 offered by ALL PLANS.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I tried that, picked the most closely aligned pack of PLAN05  it came back saying it doesn’t recognise it but offers the same plan again!

Ill have to talk to EE tomorrow. I can’t see a way of resolving this tonight? Unless you have any other ideas?

Thanks for your help!

I'm pretty sure it's an error & PLAN05 doesn't exist. It's not listed in the PAYG Price Guide. The cheapest is PLAN09.

Hi,

I think you are probably right. To do this with no communication for a 93 year old customer isn’t great. The phone is his security to easily get in touch with us.  All they had to do was text customers on that package to notify them what’s happening!

I will try to message or talk to someone tomorrow!

Thanks for trying to help!
