Today is the day of the weekly renewal, but in my case, that didn't happen.
I have enough credit and I already got a message saying I don't have mobile data.
Is there a problem?

@Oliveira56 : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
Try buying your pack manually & then text NOW to 150.

Please look at this. I have credit but my pack has not renewed. I can't claim the boost either.

It's an old legacy pack. If I remember rightly you text TTP1 to 150.

Yes, it's an old pack but it's not renewable? On 12/8 I received a text saying that the pack would renew in 3 days (today) but it didn't happen.
I sent TTP1 text to 150 and got a reply saying that this pack is no longer available for purchase.
If I change pack, what happens to the boosts I had accumulated? Do I start from zero again?

Similar issue here, except I’d run out of credit and when I topped up it hasn’t renewed the pack, just keeps saying I haven’t got enough credit. Called 150 and they said it’s a known tech issue and to keep texting NOW to 150. I keep trying but am still getting the same message saying “you need to add some credit to pay for your pack, please top up…”.

Ah well, EE has taken that legacy pack off purchase. You need to buy a modern 2021 pack. There is no 7 day pack; they're all 30 day. The min. pack is £5.
When switching to a modern pack you retain all the boosts you earned from legacy packs + you can earn a new boost every 2 months, up to a max. of 6.
