Hi, I have a payg voucher for 30 days, will it work normally in the EU? I went to Spain last month and was told there is no charge for roaming for payg customers, and my phone connected automatically when in spain, is this still the case for France, Germany etc?

@Leahwood  As it’s a PAYG you can still use your pack allowance within the EU just like you did in Spain as Spain is in the EU

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
