My pack didn't renew but have enough credit

Hello, 

I topped up last night and now have enough credit for 12.50 everthing pack, it should renew today but it hasn't. How can this issue be resolved?

Hi Leanne,

That's what I got in my reply

"To buy your £12.50 VIP Pack again, simply top up £12.50 and your pack will
start automatically."

But it didn't. Anyway I needed my pack to renew so I added another £5 and
it stared working. I hope this issue was just this one time and it will
work normally next month.
