Hi there,

I called EE a bit longer than a month ago and transferred my number from Pay Monthly to Pay as you go.

After the date given for the transfer, my number disappeared from the EE management app.

There is another number there which is not mine, the whole process was made with the main agreement I was going to keep the same number,

I am abroad now and unable to call 150.

Any suggestions or advice on how to get my number back into my app??

If your own MyEE a/c is for contract no(s). you can't add a PAYG or Flex no. to it. They don't mix. You need to create a separate MyEE a/c for the PAYG or Flex no. with its own email addy.

The other number on my account is mine, used a few times for my child.

however, my main number is not there anymore.

I would like to keep my number on pay as you go for the mean time.

Is the other no. that is there on contract?

PAYG sims will not show up on a pay monthly account. You will need to log in separately to the PAYG account to top it up.

Thank you for your answer.

I have created an account for the number I need, however, I do not have any credit on it to be able to access a signal and complete the registration abroad.

Any idea of how I can add credit to it to be able to finalise the registration process?

Thank you very much.

@LeonardoM : Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
