My daughter is on pay as you go so why as she got a bill

You would only get a monthly bill if it's a pay monthly contract. Did your daughter receive it through the post? Does it say what is included in the bill?

She can't be on PAYG if she got a bill. She must be on contract.

Let her text AL to 150 from her no. & post what it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Can you post a photo of the bill, with all personal details removed?

Get your daughter to text BALANCE or AL to 150, and post back here the full & complete text exactly as the reply comes.

I agree with the replies thus far, if your daughter has received an EE bill - this cannot be for a PAYG phone.
