My PAYG data allowance disappeared today

My PAYG allowance was over 1G a week for £1 a week, this morning its reduced to 250M and I have a message from EE saying "Great news, we've changed some settings" or something. Any suggestions for sorting this out otherwise I'll be looking for a new supplier

You had an old legacy pack & EE have probably discontinued it.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hey there @lovedada.

We will sometimes review our plans and packs, but normally if this were the case we would let you know.

Sometimes our pay as you go plans will have promotional allowances too, so if this offer has come to an end the data allowance will reduce.

Rather than speculate though, it's always best to get this double checked on your account directly, so if you give our team a call, they can help you clear up what's going on.
