MOBILE DATA PROBLEM

I have received an extra 12GB to my 10pounds plan for free. But now I cant see it in my account. I just see 8GB instead

@linhariel02 : Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 12GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until you have exhausted the normal ration.
