Over credit limit despite bill up to date

I've just recieved an auto text saying I'm over my credit limit and my access to stuff will now be restricted, which has started with my data being disabled.

However, i'm up to date on my bills; the next bills aren't scheduled to come out until the 24th of the month and other than one missed a couple of months ago because of a problem on my end that I've resolved and caught up on, I've always been on time and payed them in full.

Anyone know of a way to resolve this and get it sorted? Not having contact with things when out and about is gonna make things very difficult.

@BTH  You’ll need to call customer support about the this.  Data shouldn’t get restricted because you have a set allowance unless you are purchasing more data and have gone over your credit limit with EE.  But then they’ll just stop you from purchasing more.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
