Wrong billing

I changed my plan in which executive of EE told me that I will get 500 minutes of international calling to India. Now I see the extra bill amount in my account.

Issues with bill

Hi i have two contracts on my name one with £25 and one with 6 month 50% discount and also have student discount but first month i pay £45 almost and now last month £50 pounds i want to know why they are getting that much?
