my friend gave me her f&f code but when I put it in it gets accepted but when I check out it says ‘We can't complete your order right now We're currently experiencing technical issues’ Help I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone. I’ve tried calling but I’ve been told they can’t apply it through the phone, it can only be done online but every time I’ve tried the same error code comes up. I’ve tried clearing cookies switching browsers, check out using incognito mode.

Have you had trouble upgrading online before?
While our team over the phone cannot apply the code, the employee who gave you the code will have an internal process to follow to help with this.
