Why can’t I change the date of my bill? It says I’ve changed it too many times. I don’t remember doing it at all

Welcome to the community.
You can change by logging into your account > bills and payments > manage direct debit > select new payment date > confirm the change.
If that doesn't work then Contact Us and speak with one of our guides.
