PAYG Credit

I'm glad this is here.

I was paying by card each month automatically and noticed I was building up credit.

54 quid later I decide to try changing amount- couldn't find it, so stop payment, unfortunately my services were also stopped even with this credit. So I have to repurchase subscription, I then find out a bit further on down the line my credit is at 80+. I'm like ehrm. Hello. Turns out I was paying by card and subscription. So cancelled card payment.

If my services stop - with credit and subscription still going...

Anyways - there has to be a better way to get your credit back or at least lower your payment so that you can start using it up.

Gaining interest on my money, when it should be me gaining.

I still need to claim it back...

@Aliensteve : PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your case.

Even though its an EE system architect issue.

Should not have stopped my services while I had credit still. Which made me apply for monthly subscription again and intern the card payments were still going out and build up my credit. Perhaps have the ability to cut down the amount you want to pay each month so that it can be used up. And if it runs out then user has to top up again before services resume.

I shall try giving them a call and see how it goes.

Cheers!

@Aliensteve : I'm not clear. What is your current situation? Have you stopped buying packs? Are you still having your bank card auto charged  with top-ups each month?

Text STOP PLAN to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack you'll have the option to pay for it by PAYG credit or start another direct card payment.
