Lost data rollover

So last night (23.58) I topped up my credit for my £20 subscription pack, for the past several months the data has rolled over and I had around 45gb left over from the last pack to renew today. However my pack did not automatically renew like normal and I've lost the roll over. Any help would be ever so grateful.

You should get the rollover as long as you buy the next pack within 7 days of the previous 1 expiring.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

I've already bought the new pack but it has said I haven't rolled over any data into my new pack

Hi @Austenlaura

How much data did you have left? Was the data remaining from your main pack, and not free boosts?

Chris

Hi, it was around 40-45gb rollover, not free boosts. It was remaining from my main pack.

Hi @Austenlaura

Thanks, I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and the team can check the data rollover for you.
