Hello,
I made a top-up using text msg accessing my card, and mistakly I follow this by a (switch to pay by card monthly). this was cancelled the current pack (which was just topped up) and activate the new one, so I lost the money that was charged for the top up. can I get that amount back to my balance?

@msabbar : Buying a new pack with Direct Card Payment shouldn't have cancelled your existing pack unless you then texted NOW to 150.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
