I am moving from a pay as you go on EE to a contract with EE but my order is sending me a new number , how can I keep my old number ? Please ?

You will have to ring customer service and they should be able to sort this out for you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Spinkster : You need to follow SWITCH FROM PAY AS YOU GO TO PAY MONTHLY to switch from PAYG to contract, not just make any ol' order. Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.
