Issues with credit

Anybody else having issues with credit? I can’t call 150, telling me insufficient credit, I have 12.6 GB of data but won’t connect to internet on 4G, it’s doing my head it!

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Well I’m currently at home with know phone signal at all I’m now into my third day . I was able to call and speak to someone when doing my school run this morning who said there is a problem in my area . But the problem I have is I have two children who are at school and if something was to happen to them the school have no other way to contact me as I have no signal

Hi again @Dncrazyd.
We'll always aim to get any issues in the area sorted out as soon as we can, but in the meantime if you have WiFi available at home, you may be able to keep connected via our WiFi Calling service.
This uses your home broadband connection in place of the normal cellular signal to carry your calls and texts, but otherwise your phone works in exactly the same way it always would.
