Issues with credit

 Anybody else having issues with credit? I can’t call 150, telling me insufficient credit, I have 12.6 GB of data but won’t connect to internet on 4G, it’s doing my head it!

I just tried mine again a few mins ago and it worked then tried it again to double check and it’s back doing the same thing saying I don’t have any credit when I only topped up a week ago and have a pack. 

Same. But when I used text services and tpyied 'balance' to check my credit, it says that I have the balance of £15. But I can't make any call and network service

Same here too, plenty of credit but can't use the phone other than WhatsApp on WiFi 

Hi James, I cannot call or text and have 389 minutes still available. What steps do I need to follow to get this fixed?

I can't make any phone call and told me that I don't have enough credits. But when I text 'balance' to 150. It said that I have £15 and unlimtied minutes and 41.9 GB of data. This happened to me once at 1.25pm and once at 10.15pm on 16 September.

How can I fix this.

after recharging my account twice like an idiot I still cannot use the service in colchester areaa , it’s saying I don’t have enough credit.

Disgusting, I kept my part of the deal why i can cannot use the service

So I have 60gb of Data, I have Unlimited calls & texts and suddenly my Mobile data doesn't work nor can I make calls.

What is going on? I am unable too to even call 150. "Looks like you have insufficient credit"

Why is this happening? I am relieved I am not the only one. EE, respond!

Same here , I have unlimited calls/texts & 30 gb data left in my pack but was not able to make any calls or use the Internet on Friday night , was working yesterday daytime but same problem last night again.  As others have said could not even ring 150 says insufficient credit. Seems OK now so let's hope they've sorted it.
