@Paul1302 : Isn't it obviously the network or the EE systems behind it?

I bought a £30 Subscription Pack, it shows me that I have 125GB but it keeps asking me to buy another Subscription Pack and I don't understand why?

@Adrian252 : It would seem you have stopped this pack & it won't renew when it expires.

Well, that's exactly what's happening. So what exactly is the issue? You just rebuy it when you need it.

I bought it 2 days ago and canceled the option to renew. and today my internet stopped working out of the blue, but I have an unlimited plus option of 125GB.
When I turn on the Internet, I receive a notification that I am not registered in the network and it sends me to the EE page to buy a subscription pack, but I already have a valid one.

I bought a new package this morning. the application on my EE phone says that I have everything active. Everything was fine from morning until 3 p.m. After that hour I could no longer make calls or use the Internet, although the application still shows that everything is active. What to do?

Something must have gone wrong with the EE network because from what I see this is not the only thing that happened to us. I don't know about you, but from 6 p.m. everything was back to normal. For now everything started working again. I have no idea what the cause was or how it was solved. The most important thing is that it works, I hope it works for you too.
