Im in pakistan

Hi, my contact expired on 22/9/22.i gave 1 months notice on 22/8/22 to switch to pay as you go once it expires so i can keep my number. As i am in pakistan now for 3 months, im not receiving no texts or calls whilst im in pakistan. What do i do to keep receiving calls and texts.

@Shahmahmood   Your sim will not work until you come to the UK.  You can not change from a contract to a PAYG user when outside the UK as your sim just doesn’t switch from one to the other.   You need to be connected to the EE network directly for the to happen.    

You’ll have to request a replacement sim by calling customer services and this will be posted to your UK billing address.  Someone there will need to activate that sim in the UK and make a call/text.  This person then can post that sim to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Was it switched to PAYG while abroad? If so, you can't now use it until you return to UK. EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network.
