IMPORTANT: Unable to use data services despite full credit

As of around 11am today I am unable to use data or call anyone, not even ee support, I topped up my credit and bought a new £30 pack and should have over 100gb of data and unlimited texts/minutes, I’ve seen a couple of other people on here having the same problems today so could you try and sort this out please
