Hi I'm having trouble i toped up 10.00 but it still says my phone is not working I can't receive any messages and can't call and I don't know why I'm also epileptic so I kinda need my phone active to contact and message incase of any emergancys

Can you please check to see if this credit is showing as active, or has been used towards a pack?
You can check this for free by sending us a text with AL to 150, or logging in to the EE app if you have this active.
Just to check too, when was it you were last able to make calls and send texts successfully?
