I try to change my pack in the app and website but both showing error of page and can’t show me any packs. So I go to text 150 and following the instructions by the app and website. But still when I choose pack15 and Stop the current pack(20) and start NOW on the pack15. It tells me that I need to top up £15 then it will start automatically. But the problem is I already have 15£ credit inside my EE app

What does the error page say? Have you tried on more than one device/browser?

It says “PACKS ERROR, We’re working on fixing this page. In the meantime, find help at ee.co.uk/help.
yess I have tried so many different browsers and devices
