I have already had help from EE I was meant to top my phone up jue to my situation I'm escaping domestic violence I'm not able to get cash until Monday me and daughter don't feel safe having no data in case we need to contact someone for our safety my daughter goes on games to keep her mind from wondering is there anything more you could help me with until I can top up Monday

You don't need data to make or receive calls - just a calls (or texts for SMS) allowance.
There's no access to individual accounts on this forum, you need to contact EE CS on 150 to discuss your specific circumstances.
