My pack was due to renew today, so I've topped up this morning but it is just showing as credit and not renewing my pack. How do I sort it?

i’m also having the same problem, i put the voucher in a day early and on the EE app, it says that i have 15.10 credit however it hasn’t renewed my pack

Same problem here. I have £12.75 credit but when I try to activate my £10 pack by texting NOW I get this message:
"You need to add some credit to pay for your Plan, please top up at ee.co.uk/EE. Your plan will then start automatically.
For info on our other Text Services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices"

@Ryanasg : You need to buy your pack before you can text NOW on it. Text PLAN10 to 150 before texting NOW to 150.

I'd already done that. When confirming YES I got this message:
"To buy your £10 Plan again, simply top up £10 and your plan will start automatically."
My balance is obviously over £10 so it should be taking the payment, but isn't for some reason. Thought texting NOW might kick-start it but as I say, no joy there either.

Thank you for confirming what you have tried so far.
Please could you try sending STOP PACK to 150, then try texting PLAN10 to 150.
If you are still unable to add the plan, i would recommend Contacting Us and our guides can take a look into this for you.
