I topped up instead of pack

  • I made the mistake of accidentally topping up £13.50 to my account, my intention was to top up £13.50 to the pack where i get data, calls and text but now all i have is £13.50 credit which has now dropped to £13.30. I'm worried

I topped up £13.50 to renew my monthly subscription but it didn't update my monthly balance

Which pack do you wish to purchase? 

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the full reply?

Topping-up & buying a pack are 2 separate actions. Topping-up just adds money to your PAYG credit & then you buy the pack from that credit.

Text the code for the pack you want, probably PACK10, to 150.
