I have credit on my account (mobile broadband dongle) but it won't let me go to the page to buy a data plan. I just get a screen saying 'forbidden, you don't have permission to access this resource'. I have tried the dongle on several devices and get the same result.
Every other time it will go straight to the page so I can buy a data pack.

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can look into this and add some data manually for you.
