Logged onto my account and all my PAYG credit - data and voice - has disappeared. Says I have 0 of 0 for both. I've not used the large allowance I had. Anyone else had this problem?

@tonypreedy This account issue is being noticed as there are a few users on here reporting the same issue. It might be worth calling customer services and requesting an account reset. This started to happen after EE did a lot of account maintenance and unfortunately there don’t know what accounts are effected by it until reported.

MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

Yes same here on both of my accounts. Annoyingly my son's renewed last night but he couldn't use data today and had to buy an add-on.
