I can't top up my data

I made a recharge on 11/07/23 on my cell phone xxxxxxxxxxxxx for 15 pounds, but I can't see the data package.

It appears that I have 15 pounds of balance, but zero in my data package, and when I try to add a data package the credit card already registered gives an error.
