I bought a new card, topped it up with £20, and I can't buy any package even if I try to buy it using the code PACK20 UNDER NUMBER 150. What should I do to buy this internet because I've been sitting for an hour trying to figure it out and nothing works on your website.

Was that SIM free, that you needed to top it up?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

So I bought a new card for £1, topped it up with £20 from my credit card. and I can't buy the £20 top-up because it says: We've taken £0.00 from your credit to pay for the £20 Subscription Pack
You now have: £20.00 credit remaining
