How to disable £15 auto top-up and request a refund

Hello,

I recently switched my Pay As You Go plan to a £10 plan, but the £15 auto top-up is still active on my account.
As a result, £15 was automatically charged to my card, and I would like to request a refund for this amount.

I tried to find the option to turn off auto top-up in the app, but I couldn’t locate the “Account” or related menu.
Could someone please guide me step by step on how to disable the auto top-up and request a refund through the EE app?

Thank you very much.
