Saver plan not activated

Hello everyone 

I am looking for some help regarding a pay as you go plan I purchased earlier on it’s the saver plan for £18 pay as you go and unfortunately no data and if I check the balance it says 00, is there anything to do or I need visit the EE shop?

How earlier on is "earlier on"?
